Introducing the eBooksThis site is the host of several eBooks. Each book contains around 50 puzzles or games in Acrobat PDF format. Here are the sections on this page: The Types of Puzzles to be CoveredFor the time being , two books are available on this site (See Below by Clicking Here ). Each one contains 50 common sense puzzle, brain teasers and riddles. The site will make available more eBooks of the following types of puzzles (some are already in eBooks, others to be developed):
More will come. Age and Background Suitability for Solving the PuzzlesThe eBooks hope to reach the young and the old. It is expected, that those below 10 years of age might find them a little difficult to handle. However, with parental guidance, it is definitely easy for youngsters to handle the puzzles and games. Difficulty of Puzzles and GamesHaving tested the puzzles and games, different people were found to have different "types" of abilities. Some are numerically minded. Others solved graphic puzzles best. Some preferred analytic puzzles. It was therefore difficult to index the puzzles and games by difficulty. Some books do that. There is a problem with indexing puzzles. Some readers avoid "difficult" puzzles though they might be easy for them. Others can solve "difficult" puzzles easily and hence feel misled by the indexing. There are some who cannot solve "easy" puzzles and feel put down. MENSA puzzle books have a good way of defining difficulty: they indicate the average time it has taken people to solve these puzzles. But this requires wide surveys. (See the Other Puzzle Books page). What eBooks are found on this Site?
